Veronica Magic Show® 'Purple Illusion has a lovely green mound of foliage that gives way to rose-purple flowers. The flower stalks rise from the top of the plant like magic wands and attract an array of butterflies and other pollinators. This is an easy-to-grow variety that not only has beauty, but strength as well, so it retains its shape well with no staking required.

Homeowner Growing Tips

Grow in full sun to partial shade. Amend soil with compost before planting. Prevent powdery mildew by providing supplemental water through the heat of summer, but avoid overhead sprinkling. Shear back after flower spikes have faded for continued blooming. Easily divided in fall or early spring.
