Our Plant Guarantee

Romence Gardens guarantees our plants to arrive in acceptable condition. If they are damaged when they arrive contact us at support@romencegardens.com within 48 hours and we will take care of it. Due to the fragility of live plants, consistent maintenance is required.  After you have had your order for 7 days, we can no longer be responsible for variables that are out of our control. 

Due to variables out of our control, we do not guarantee plants to overwinter. 

However, we will do everything we can to help you succeed with your garden. If you feel you have plants that are not performing as they should please contact us so that we can work with you to determine if there is a problem with the plant material or if there is something environmental going on that can be corrected for the future. 

Pictures are helpful and may be required to diagnose plant issues.

Shipping Damage

Due to the nature of shipping live plants, it is possible that your plants may experience some small cosmetic damage that will likely not affect the plants’ health. If your plants arrive significantly damaged from transit, please contact us at support@romencegardens.com within 48 hours of receiving them and we will get replacements out to you right away. If the plants are no longer in stock, we will issue you a refund.

Pictures of the damage (plants and boxes) emailed to us are required.

Quality

If you are unhappy with the quality of plants you receive from us, please contact us and will strive to resolve the situation to your satisfaction. Please keep in mind that we are zone 5 and depending on the time of year some plants may still be dormant or still developing at the time of shipping. If dormant plants do not emerge, we will replace them. Usually, we will contact you prior to their shipping if the plants are in such a condition. Romence Gardens will never be held responsible for charges that are more than what was originally spent.

Plant images are of mature plants and may not represent the state of plants at the time of shipment.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on live plant material. For hard good material, contact support@romencegardens.com for a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. 

Romence Gardens wants you to be successful in your garden and for you to have an enjoyable experience working with us. We grow quality plants and ship them to you potted in soil and ready to be planted. We take great care in our packaging so that your plants arrive to you organized and in excellent condition, as though you just picked them up from your local garden center.
