Online Orders & Shipping

Do you guarantee your plants?

Yes, we guarantee them to arrive in acceptable condition and to your satisfaction. If they do not please contact us within 24 hours and we will take care of it. After you have had your plants for a few days they are your responsibility as there are too many circumstances out of our control to guarantee them beyond that.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the Continental United States only.

When will my order ship?

Plants

Beginning in November/December preorders of plants will be available. You may place your order at this time and plants will begin shipping the first week of April depending on the average last frost date in your area. However, shipping is subject to weather conditions and maturity level of the plants at the time.

We continue to ship through the summer and fall. As long as your the average last frost date in your area has passed, we will ship your order within 1-5 business unless otherwise stated.

If you would like your plants to ship at another time, please let us know in the order notes.

Please be aware that during much of pre-season ordering, many of the plants are not even planted or growing yet. Occasionally availability issues can occur that are beyond our control. We will do our best to keep you advised if any such situation should occur in a timely manner.

Other items will be shipped within 1-5 business days unless otherwise stated.

How are the plants shipped?

Romence Gardens ships to the entire continental US via FedEx, USPS, and UPS. Plants may be shipped to arrive on weekends, please advise us if Saturday or Sunday delivery is not acceptable.

Order Issues

What do I do if there is an issue with my order?

Our shipping boxes have been custom designed for the safe transport of plants. You will not receive bare root plants but instead growing plants potted in soil ready to plant into your garden. We take great care in packing your plants so that they arrive in top condition.

If your plants are damaged upon arrival or do not meet your satisfaction, please contact us at support@romencegardens.com with photos within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products,we do not accept returns on live plant material. For hard goods, contact support@romencegardens.com for a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Once processed, refunds will show up in your account within 10 business days.

Why am I not getting free shipping when my order is over $75?

Most likely you have a product in you cart that does not qualify for the flat rate shipping rates such as a rose bush.  

Local Inquiries

Do you offer local delivery in Grand Rapids?

Yes, we offer local delivery to the greater Grand Rapids area. Please call us, 616-451-8214 for rates.

Are online and in-store prices the same?

No, prices for local shoppers in our brick-and-mortar store are less than prices shown online. The higher online prices are necessary to absorb some of the cost required to prepare and ship the plants. If you are a local shopper wondering about prices please call us at: 616-451-8214.
