Most of our products are shipped at a flat rate based on the order total.
Flat Rate Shipping Rates:
- Order Total $0.00 - $74.99 shipping cost is $10.95 per order
- Order Total $75.00 or more shipping is Free!

Our shipping boxes have been custom designed for the safe transport of plants. You will not receive bare root plants but instead growing plants potted in soil ready to plant into your garden. We take great care in packing your plants so that they arrive in top condition.
If your plants are damaged upon arrival or do not meet your satisfaction, please contact us at support@romencegardens.com with photos within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.

Plants
Beginning in November/December preorders of plants will be available. You may place your order at this time and plants will begin shipping the first week of April depending on the average last frost date in your area. However, shipping is subject to weather conditions and maturity level of the plants at the time. We continue to ship through the summer and fall as long as the plants are available.

Other items will be shipped within 1-5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Romence Gardens ships to the entire continental US via FedEx Home Delivery/Ground. Plants may be shipped to arrive on weekends, please advise us if Saturday or Sunday delivery is not acceptable.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on live plant material. For hard goods, contact support@romencegardens.com for a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

Preorders
Orders may be cancelled before the
scheduled shipping week. Please understand that the shipping process begins
days before your order is marked as shipped.
We are aware that unexpected situations
arise and orders need to be cancelled. If you would like to cancel your order during
its scheduled shipping week, we will try our best to do so but depending on
where it is in the process we may not be able. All orders cancelled during their scheduled
ship week will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Once an order has been marked as
shipped, it is unlikely that we will be able to stop it from going out with the
carrier, therefore the shipping fee is non refundable. We will contact the carrier to have it
returned to us.
Orders Placed Within Shipping Season
Orders may be canceled before the
order is marked as "In Process" without penalty. After that point, we
cannot guarantee cancellation and a 20% restocking fee may apply.
It is always best to contact us as
soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.
