Shipping policy

Romence Gardens & Greenhouses ships to the Continental USA via Fedex.  

We guarantee our plants to arrive to your home in satisfactory condition.  If your plants arrived damaged please contact us within 48 hours and we will take care of it.  Pictures may be required.

Most products ship for a flat rate of $10.95 and free for order of $75 or more. 

Excluded from flat rate shipping are larger items that need to be boxed individually such as roses, 10" hardy mums, Christmas wreaths and tree stands which all ship for a fixed rate for each item.  These items are not included in the free shipping order total.

We ship live plants April through mid October.  Plants may be available for pre-order outside of this time.  If you place an order during the pre-order period we will notify you of the expected ship date within a few days.  The scheduled ship date is based off your last frost date and the readiness of the plants purchased.

During shipping season our typical processing time is 1 - 5 business days.
