Homeowner Growing Tips

This plant can be trimmed whenever you would like to maintain appearance, shape, height, etc. However try to avoid trimming to late in the season (Fall especially). The best time to trim this plant is after it's bloom time. In the growing season after winter depending on how early and if you trim the plant before it's bloom time, there's a possibility that no flowers our a very severe cut to the number of flower's will occur. Make sure to plant in well drained soil, do not pant in location that retains or accumulates water.
