Homeowner Growing Tips

Oriental lilies prefer full sun with the base of the plant in shade. Grow in well-drained soil; amend with compost before planting, and mulch afterward. When actively growing, apply a high-potassium liquid fertilizer every two weeks. Spent flowers may be trimmed off after blooming; cut the plant to the ground in autumn.

I bought three of these perennials! The blooms are gorgeous, at least four inches in diameter and smell amazing! I usually order online but came to the store since I had not been in a while. All future purchases will be made in person; the greenhouse is amazing and I loved smelling all those flowers. The staff was so friendly and assisted me with locating my plants! A special thank you to Tim for assisting me with my selections.
