'Sunny Azores' is an Oriental pot lily that has gorgeous bright white blossoms with yellow midribs near the center of the flower. The flowers are held on strong sturdy stems and compliment the dark green foliage nicely. Four to eight flowers are produced per stem. Great in a container on its own, or in a combo pot with other spring bloomers.

Homeowner Growing Tips

Oriental lilies prefer full sun with the base of the plant in shade. Grow in well-drained soil; amend with compost before planting, and mulch afterward. When actively growing, apply a high-potassium liquid fertilizer every two weeks. Spent flowers may be trimmed off after blooming; cut the plant to the ground in autumn.
