Similar to Hydrangea 'Quick Fire®', Hydrangea 'Quick Fire Fab®' has an early bloom time, reliability, and is low-maintenance. The flowers start out white and then transition to pink and finally red. The main difference between the two is that 'Quick Fire Fab®' has large mophead blooms.

Homeowner Growing Tips

An excellent variety that blooms earlier than other Hardy Hydrangeas. Great paired with 'Limelight' and Pinky Winky for season-long big blooms. The flowers are not affected by pH and bloom on new wood; even after the toughest winter, they will still bloom. It is good to prune them in late fall or early spring and fertilize them with a tree and shrub product in early spring.
