Sweet Marjoram is similar to oregano but has a sweeter, spicier flavor. It is used much in the same way as oregano in sauces, soups, salads, and stews. The leaves can be rubbed on roasts to improve the flavor. It is great combined with onion, thyme, garlic, and basil. The flowers can be harvested for salads.
