The WEDDING PARTY® series from Walters Gardens has great vigor, rich colors, and beautiful double flowers. Helleborus 'Dark and Handsome' produces gorgeous almost black to black-purple flowers that are about 2 1/2" - 3" in size. It brings fantastic color to the shade garden in late winter to early spring.

Homeowner Growing Tips

Amend soil with compost; Hellebores prefer moist, well-drained soil. Mulch every autumn. In spring, as flower buds appear, any tired-looking foliage may be carefully trimmed away. May be slow to establish, but they are a long-lasting perennial & rarely require division.
