Euphorbia x martinii 'Ascot Rainbow' has outstanding variegated foliage that allows for extended interest throughout the season. The narrow grey-green leaves have vibrant yellow margins. In the spring the foliage is covered with clusters of variegated cream, lime, and green flowers or bracts. Hints of red, pink, or orange are seen in the cooler months on the tips of the foliage.

Wonderful foliage.

I have grown this euphorbia before and enjoyed it for as long as it lasted. But it has been a few years so I thought I would try again. In my area it comes back maybe once or twice and then doesn’t make it through the winter the third time. But I love the foliage and have this new one in a more protected area. Hoping it will last longer but meanwhile it really adds a lot to the bed with its spectacular foliage. The plant I received is a good size and robust so I have high hopes for it. Will definitely buy more if this makes it through the winter and does well.
