This new introduction from Darryl Probst is named after the actress, Charlize Theron. Unlike most yellow broad-leaved coreopsis that tends to have a golden tone, these showy double flowers are more of a true yellow hue. Mildew resistant.

Homeowner Growing Tips

Provide average to moist, well-draining soil with moderate fertility. Easy to grow in full sun. Drought tolerant once established. Cut plants down to within a couple of inches of soil in late fall or winter and clean up dead stems from the garden.

This was my first time ordering from this company. I appreciated the effort they made to get my six plants to me at the ideal planting time in Alabama. I was surprised at how well the plants were packaged for shipment. They looked very healthy without one broken stem. Now a month later they are all in bloom. I love the flower in a true yellow.
