Coreopsis LI'L BANG Series 'Starlight' has dense, wiry foliage that forms a dark green mound. The long-blooming flowers are quite large and are creamy-white/yellow with burgundy centers. They can turn a rosy pink color in cooler temperatures.

Homeowner Growing Tips

Deadhead spent blooms to promote development of more blooms. When significant decrease in bloom number, cut the plant in half to signal new growth and blooms. In late winter or early spring cut away all old growth to pre-pare for the coming season.

Water Requirements: Water soil fully, then let it mostly dry out between waterings.

Outstanding the first year!

I wasn't sure about this plant so I added it into my order last year and included in a hanging basket grouping near the garden entrance. It turned out to be the "star" - always covered with cheerful blooms greeting everyone from just a few weeks after planting up until frost. I checked it this week and green stems are ready to bring a repeat performance this year. I am ordering more this year to place in the garden. Middle TN.

Beautiful plants, great shipping packaging

We ordered 10 Coreopsis LI'L BANG Series 'Starlight' plants. Very thoughtful care went into the packaging... the best we've seen out of shipments from several other nurseries this season. Everything was neat and clearly labeled. All the plants were in excellent condition. They have been in ground for about a week and look healthy with flowers blooming. We will definitely look to Romence Gardens for future online nursery orders. Thank you for a great product and experience!
