Pruning Group 3, which means it blooms later and from new growth. Should be pruned in February or March as new leaf buds begin to show low on the plant, about 6-9 inches above the soil. All dead material above these buds can be removed at this time. Old foliage or foliage with mildew should be cleaned out at this time as well.

Looking forward to pink flowers

My clematis arrived quickly and in great shape. I popped it into the ground where it proceeded to start growing like crazy. I think it is a nice size plant for the price.
