Allium 'Blue Eddy' produces pinwheel-like rosettes of blue-grey to grey-green foliage that when crushed has an onion scent. Round clusters of light lilac pink flowers grace the plant in late summer to early fall. Allium 'Blue Eddy' with it's onion scent can sometimes to a small extent be an insect repellant to it's self and close by plants.
