Great under other plants in containers, or an excellent ground cover that is low maintenance and deer resistant. Probably the smallest plant we grow!

Uses: Cottage Gardens, Groundcover, Paths, Rock Gardens
Critter Resistance: Deer
Notable Features: Evergreen in mild climates; Withstands some foot traffic
Growth Habit: Spreading

Homeowner Growing Tips

Grow in full sun to dappled shade in the North; in hot Southern climates, provide afternoon shade or light shade all day. Prefers moist, well-drained soil. Avoid hot, dry conditions. Plant 6" - 10" apart, or closer to fill in faster. Will spread by creeping, as well as by seed. May look ragged in the heat of summer, but will revive as temperatures cool in autumn.
