For the Light Requirements: Morning sun and afternoon shade is the best.

Flowers grow on old wood.

Does not have to be pruned very often, but if it does and you are not just pruning dead wood, it will not matter what time you prune it because either this season or next seasons blooms will be effected.

Water Requirements: Water soil fully and keep soil fairly moist, but not soggy or water logged. Need's plenty of root aeration.
