Heuchera Hybrid Heureka 'Black Knight' features striking, deep purple-black foliage that provides year-round interest in shaded garden areas. Its compact growth habit makes it ideal for borders, containers, or as an accent plant, delivering both texture and color contrast with minimal maintenance.

Homeowner Growing Tips

Coral Bells prefer moist, well-drained, neutral to alkaline soil. Amend with compost before planting. They will take sun or partial shade, though afternoon shade is required in hot regions to prevent leaf scorch. In cold climates, mulch well after the ground freezes. If the plants heave due to frost, carefully press back into place in spring. Heucheras generally need to be divided and replanted every 3 years, burying the woody rootstock and keeping the crowns above the soil surface.
