Coleus Plectranthus scutellarioides 'ColorBlaze® Mini Me™ Watermelon'

I was amazed at how well these plants performed. They were pretty small when I received them, but quickly grew massive. I used 2 of them in a 30" wide planter along with a King Tut grass and 2 Supertunia Vista Snowdrift. This was my first time planting any coleus from Proven Winners, but it will not be my last. I selected these because the planters I used are shaded most of the day, but receive sun in the late afternoon/evening. I will definitely be planting these again.

This was a beautiful addition to my garden. The color added much needed depth of color around hydrangeas and azaleas and is still beautiful now with the changing of seasons from summer to fall. Even after hurricane Laura toppled them, I staked them back up and they are going strong. These do not flower much and when they did were easily pinched back. I will continue to plant these. These were in sun most of the day.

My plants arrived in great shape. They are doing well and getting more red in color. Can't wait to see them when they reach full size and in full color!
