Echinacea 'Adobe Orange', from the Sombrero series of coneflowers, has great cold hardiness and a compact habit. The vibrant pumpkin-orange, daisy-like blooms are prolific and continue for months. A beautiful show in the garden and a nice cut flower as well.

Coneflowers like it sunny and hot. They can tolerate light shade, but they will produce fewer flowers and the plants will be weakened. They will grow in any well-drained soil, though light and loamy soils are best. They are drought tolerant once established, and if properly cared for they will form an attractive colony that will live for years to come.

Love the blooms

Received late spring but it rebounded and is still blooming in November. The only drawback I’ve seen is that the foliage stays “holey” from some bugs that apparently love it.

Bold & Beautiful

Love my orange flowers. I have a lot of yellow I was looking to break up and these bold orange cone flowers did the trick. I received beautiful healthy plants that adapted to planting quickly and flowered right into fall. Can't wait till next season to order more. Incredibly happy I found Romance Gardens everything I have purchased has been outstanding!
