Staghorns are epiphytic plants, which means they don't naturally grow in soil but rather thrive in the nooks and crannies of trees or other plants. To ensure their optimal growth, you can mount them on a vertical board or use an orchid pot with side openings or a wire/wooden basket filled with sphagnum moss.

For ideal conditions, we reccomend placing your staghorn fern in a bright location where it can receive some direct sunlight, preferably in the morning or evening. To keep them properly hydrated, water them once a week. Additionally, misting the leaves regularly using a spray bottle is beneficial. Since staghorn ferns thrive in humidity, they make excellent additions to bathrooms where moisture levels are higher.

Botanical Name: Platycerium
Toxicity: Not Toxic
