This Philodendron grows it's unique white leaves when exposed to enough light, roughly 12 hours a day. It starts white and grows to yellow, then green as it matures. It wants bright, but not direct light, so a northern or southern window, or grow light, are ideal. Water when the first few inches dry out, and keep humid to benefit leaf growth.
