Iris germanica 'Pure as Gold' has gorgeous yellow petals with gold beards coming out from the center of the iris to give a slight color contrast and texture. The flower petals are wavy and provide a sense of movement, for interest. This iris has a slight fragrance. This is a reliable re-bloomer iris.
