Lovage has a similar flavor to celery and is used in soups, stews, casseroles, meat dishes, and vegetables. It is a vigorous herb that grows tall. Adds great flavoring to drinks as well. Lovage is mainly used for culinary purposes, but it does have some medicinal uses as well. When used as a tea it can be applied directly to wounds as an antiseptic or drank to help with stomach digestion.
