Rhubarb 'Victoria' has huge leaves on thick, green stalks that are red towards the base. Produces sweet stalks that are not tough or stringy. The stalks make delicious tart pies and sauces. Starts to produce heavily in the second growing season. Only eat the leaf stalks as the leaf blades are poisonous. Also makes a nice ornamental in the perennial garden.
