Homeowner Growing Tips

Grows best in drier areas in well-drained soil. Can tolerate lean soil fertility, and will naturalize and spread where it is well-suited. Divide every 3-4 years, or more frequently if plants develop woody stems at the center. Rake in spring to remove dead foliage.
