Homeowner Growing Tips

Grow in sun or shade in any fertile, well-drained soil. Tolerant of a wide range of conditions, including full shade, drought, clay soils, deer, and black walnuts. Grow on brick or stone walls, large trees, arbors, or fences; attaches easily via sucker-like discs at the end of tendrils. An effective groundcover for erosion control on slopes. May require occasional trimming to keep it in bounds.
