Dramatic candy red, ruffled leaves form a perfect mound and give way to white flowers in midsummer. The leaves are the reddest in cooler temperatures in spring and fall. It has a vigorous growth habit and forms a wonderful crown. It's redder in color than 'Fire Alarm'. Homeowner Growing Tips

Coral Bells prefer moist, well-drained, neutral to alkaline soil. Amend with compost before planting. They will take sun or partial shade, though afternoon shade is required in hot regions to prevent leaf scorch. In cold climates, mulch well, after the ground freezes. If the plants heave due to frost, carefully press back into place in spring. Heucheras generally need to be divided and replanted every 3 years, burying the woody rootstock and keeping the crowns above the soil surface.

Beautiful Color!

I love this color of red and it's going to make a great border. I'm always impressed with the size of the perennials from Romence Gardens. These also can take some sun, mine is late in the afternoon.
