This variety boasts deep violet-blue flowers held on very strong, sturdy stems that do not usually require staking. It makes a statement in the partial shade garden because of its size and beautiful color. It is often mistaken for Delphinium in our gardens. Usually blooms mid to late summer. Beautiful foliage and blooms, just be a little cautious when handling.
