Sedum 'Night Embers' brings beautiful color to the fall landscape. The stems and foliage are deep red and make an excellent backdrop for the small clusters of light mauve-pink flowers. This is a great choice for rock gardens, borders, and containers. Also known as Hylotelephium 'Night Embers'.

Homeowner Growing Tips

Grow in full sun, or partial sun in hot southern regions, in well-drained soil. Does well in sandy or gravelly soils; tolerates poor fertility, Cut back by half in June, to prevent flopping apart later in summer. Spent flowers may be left on through winter to provide interest; cut down in spring when new growth appears. Divide every 3-4 years in spring for best flowering.
