Homeowner Growing Tips

Grow in full sun, or with afternoon shade in hot climates. Prefers average to dry, sandy or rocky soils that drain well. Blooms best with supplemental watering throughout summer. After initial bloom, cut back to basal growth for rebloom. In climates with cold winters, plant in a protected site and mulch for the winter. Cut dead material back in spring so it looks its best.
