A gorgeous array of pink, purple, white, red, and lavender flowers emerge throughout the summer on thin spikes. The green leaves are narrow and run along the stem. It is drought tolerant once established in the landscape and the flowers are attractive to hummingbirds. Also tolerant to dry, sandy or rocky soils. Great plant that adds bold color to the landscape. Native to southwestern U.S.
