Homeowner Growing Tips

Grow in an open, sunny spot in well-drained soil. Adaptable to poor, dry, or sandy soils; mix some horticultural lime into the soil upon planting. Deadhead after the first wave of flowering; fertilize occasionally. Do not cut back in the fall; in spring, trim away any dead stems.
