I was drawn to this annual because of the beautiful orange color, then came the scent which is amazing. This annual has a clean, fresh that reminds me of a floral fresh perfume! They are growing in this MI heat and the pop of color looks great with my other assorted plants. As always, my plants arrived securely packaged and garden ready!
I've ordered online plants from many places, but I've rarely had plants so well packaged or which arrived in such good condition. The order processing time was terrific, too. The flowers are lovely and just what I was looking for to put in our front flower box. Superb job, Romence! I will absolutely be bookmarking your site and ordering from you again!
Oh, and Nancy? Not only is the subject matter of your comment utterly inappropriate, but you apparently are unaware of the fact that the flower wasn't named for the President. Bidens is a flowering plant in the Aster family, and is named for the fruit it produces. The only APPROPRIATE comment on this subject is whether or not you like the flower. Period. I'd hope that since your error has been pointed out, that you will have the common sense to remove your comment...but if you don't, at least others will know the truth of the matter. If you choose not to buy a beautiful flower because of its name, well, that leaves more for the rest of us.
I would not have bought this plant if I had known the name Biden was significant! He is dishonest not honorable! No one around here will know so I will leave it alone!
These Bidens were such a hit with the senior citizens group that I purchased them for. They were easy to grow and care for, looked lovely in planters by themselves or with companion plants, and are very colorful. The planters were placed on the ladies patios and not only did they enjoy the flowers but the bees and butterflies attracted to the flowers was another plus. My senior gardeners have babied these plants and requested that I purchase these Bidens for them next year. That's an A+ in my book!
