Q: Do you ship plants?

A: Yes, we ship anywhere within the continental USA

Q: Are online and in-store prices the same?

A: No, prices for local shoppers in our brick-and-mortar store are less than prices shown online. The higher online prices are necessary to absorb some of the cost required to prepare and ship the plants. If you are a local shopper wondering about prices please call us at: 616-451-8214.

Q: Do you offer local delivery in Grand Rapids?

A: Yes, we offer local delivery to the greater Grand Rapids area. Please call us, 616-451-8214 for rates.

Q: Do you guarantee your plants?

A: Yes, we guarantee them to arrive in acceptable condition and to your satisfaction. If they do not please contact us within 24 hours and we will take care of it. After you have had your plants for a few days they are your responsibility as there are too many circumstances out of our control to guarantee them beyond that. Please see our Plant Guarantee page more information.

Q: Why am I not getting free shipping when my order is over $75?

A: Most likely you have a product in you cart that does not qualify for the flat rate shipping rates such as a rose bush.  

Q: When placing an order online when is my credit card charged?

A: All online orders are charged at the time the order is placed.  

Q: Can I make changes to my online order?

A: If your order has not shipped and you want to remove items, call or email us and we will make the changes and refund you. If you wish to add items another order must be placed. Either call us to place the order or make a note in the comments and we will adjust the shipping accordingly.
If you wish to make a large number of changes to an order the most efficient way is to cancel the existing order and just place a new one.
