Digitalis hybrida 'Camelot Rose'
(1)
Pot Size: 5.25 Inch Square Pot
This Camelot Series outperforms all other Foxgloves in our nursery. Large full spikes of flowers are produced the first year above the large rosettes of downy, medium green foliage. The white flowers have lavender shading with burgundy spotting inside.
Uses: Borders, Cut Flower
Nature Attraction: Hummingbirds
Critter Resistance: Deer, Rabbit
Growth Habit: Upright
Homeowner Growing Tips: Foxgloves prefer acidic, moist, well-drained soils in partial shade; amend with compost before planting. Keeping this plant watered will result in better flowering and healthier foliage. Foxglove tends to re-bloom if deadheaded. Allow a few to go to seed every year, as foxgloves are biennial in nature.
Perfectly healthy, full, robust pants with flowers still attached. Best of all they were planted in large pots with specially designed carboard packing to support and stabilize the plants during their quick trip from MI.
