A graceful and long lived native plant with fine willow like foilage. In spring the plant is spotted with 2"- 3" clusters of steel blue star shaped flowers. Amsonia are prized for their golden yellow fall display and are very resistant to insect and disease problems. 2011 Perennial Plant of the Year award winner.
