'Blue Jean Babty' is one of the first perovskia varieties to bloom. This plant has a great upright habit. The fragrant flowers are a beautiful lavender-blue against the grey-green leaves. It is deer resistant, drought tolerant once established in the landscape, and attracts hummingbirds. An attractive long blooming plant that is great to have in the landscape.
