Pot Size: 5.25 Inch Square Pot
These compact Lupines stand just 16 inches tall and feature compact spires of light yellow flowers that bloom in late spring through early summer. They attract native bees and butterflies but are deer and rabbit resistant. Members of the Mini Gallery™ Series make a bold and beautiful display when planted in mass. Bred from species native to the western U.S.
Uses: Beds, Borders, Containers, Cut Flower, Mass Plantings, Native, Rock Gardens
Nature Attraction: Bees, Butterflies, Hummingbirds
Critter Resistance: Rabbit
Notable Features: Good Cut Flower
Growth Habit: Upright
Homeowner Growing Tips: Lupines thrive in rich, acidic, organic, sandy soils with good drainage and moderate moisture levels. Amend with compost before planting. Lupines prefer cooler climates and benefit from a layer of mulch. Deadheading spent flowers will extend the bloom time where cooler climates allow and may also encourage repeat blooming.

This variety is healthy and arrived in excellent condition. I would describe the color as a soft pastel. Very beautiful plant for any garden.
I'm very satisfied with this company, the packing & shipping, and the plant I received. It was blooming until frost.
