The only lily I like the smell of. Beautiful at night and not fussy at all. If you live in a place with hot summers maybe give them a little shade. They can burn easily.

Homeowner Growing Tips: Oriental lilies prefer full sun with the base of the plant in shade. Grow in well-drained soil; amend with compost before planting, and mulch afterward. When actively growing, apply a high-potassium liquid fertilizer every two weeks. Spent flowers may be trimmed off after blooming; cut the plant to the ground in autumn.
