Leucanthemum x superbum 'Luna' is a compact grower with ruffled blooms. The shorter habit makes this cultivar stand up better to strong winds and heavy rain. The very nice yellow daisies with white edges are up to 2 inches across and make excellent cut flowers. Removing the spent blooms will promote additional flowering.
Uses: Borders, Containers, Cut Flower, Landscapes, Mass Planting
Nature Attraction: Butterflies
Growth Habit: Upright, Clumping
Homeowner Growing Tips: Plant in full sun, or partial shade. Shasta Daisies prefer moist, well-drained, moderately fertile soil. Shear off spent flowers after blooming. Divide in early spring or late summer, if necessary.
