Hibiscus 'White Pillar®'
(1)
Pot Size: 1 Gallon Pot
Bright white flowers adorn this plant throughout the summer. The extra-large flowers bring a crisp, clean appearance to the garden. Fluffy centers on the flower add an attractive yet functional touch because they prevent the plant from setting many seeds.
Uses: Asian Gardens, Containers, Cottage Gardens, Beds, Mass Planting, Screening, Walls, Landscapes
Nature Attraction: Butterflies, Hummingbirds
Critter Resistance: Deer
Notable Features: Cut Flower, Heat Tolerant, Salt Tolerant
Growth Habit: Upright
Homeowner Growing Tips: Blooming is best with at least six hours of sun, but tolerates some shade. Grow in any moist but well-drained soil; somewhat drought tolerant once established. Apply 2-3" of bark mulch. In spring, when growth resumes, apply an all-purpose granular fertilizer; pruning, if desired, can also be done at that time, as these bloom on new wood. Hibiscus leafs out late, so be patient!
