Helianthus hybrid 'Suncredible® Yellow'

$9.99

Pot Size: 4.25 Inch Grande PW Pot

  • No deadheading required
  • Good disease resistance

This everblooming sunflower is built on a well branched bush-like habit that is perfect for the back of the bed, as an annual screen, or along a fence. The blooms are about 4" across and do not need to be deadheaded to continue blooming, but can be groomed for tidiness, and also makes a great cut flower. 'Suncredible® Yellow' outperforms competitors in flower production and powdery mildew resistance. Great for pollinators and will pump blooms all season and well into the fall for a great seasonal pop of color.

Uses: Containers, Landscape, Back Borders, Cut Flower
Nature Attraction: Butterflies, Bees
Critter Resistance: Deer
Notable Features: Long Blooming, Disease Resistant, Heat Tolerant, Deadheading Not Necessary, Drought Tolerant

Plants arrived in good condition with a good amount of growth and even some blooms. They have continued to grow and daily I have sunflower blooms. In my zone 10, these may be perennials. 10 stars if they are !!!!

I planted a single Suncredible sunflower in a 22" planter. It was very small with only a single bud when I received it, but by the end of the season it had not only filled the planter, but was spilling out about 18"-24" all the way around. A wind storm broke it in half and I thought it would die, but it didn't seem to even faze the plant. I would definitely recommend this as a landscape plant. It has been down in the 30s several times and still has blooms all over and has not been deadheaded 1 time.

Very pleased with this selection due to its shorter height that fits with my garden scheme. The foliage is very pretty.
