Festuca 'Elijah Blue' is fantastic grass that has soft blue spiky foliage and tan seed heads that appear just above the plant. It retains its color all year round, making it great for a prominent spot in the garden, such as near paths. This fescue has a mounding habit, is deer resistant, very durable, and long-lived if divided every three years. A perfect plant for rock gardens and containers.
