  1. Are online and in-store prices the same?
  2. No, prices for local shoppers in our brick and mortar store are generally less than prices shown online. This is necessary to be able absorb some of the cost required to ship the plants.


  1. Do you offer local delivery in Grand Rapids?
  2. Yes, we offer local delivery to the greater Grand Rapids area. Please call us, 616-451-8214 for rates.


  1. Do you guarantee your plants?
  2. Yes, we guarantee out plants for the growing season in which you purchase them. Please see our Plant Guarantee page more information.


  1. Do you offer a customer reward program?
  2. Yes, we have in-store and online programs, they are separate and cannot be combined.

In-store:  Every >$.75 spent is one point.  When you reach 250 points you will receive a coupon in the mail for $15.00 off your next visit.  To sign up ask at the checkout counter.

Online: Every dollar spent is one point.  Points are worth $.03.  You will see your points that can be redeemed in the shopping cart and may redeem them anytime you choose.  Points are not awarded until your order ships.  All purchases made logged into your account are applied to your rewards balance.  Points do not expire.


    1. Why am I not getting free shipping when my order is over $150?
    2. Most likely you have a product in you cart that does not qualify for flat rate shipping rates (roses, 10″ Clematis, 10″ Mandevilla, or a 1.2 gallon shrub)  For a detailed breakdown on our shipping rates see our shipping info page.
