Digitalis hybrida 'Camelot Rose'
- Great vertical element in the garden
- Can be used for cut flower arrangements
- Blooms even more heavily the second year
This Camelot Series outperforms all other Foxgloves in our nursery. Large, full spikes of flowers are produced the first year above the large rosettes of downy, medium green foliage. The large, deep rose-pink flowers have white-rimmed dark burgundy spotting inside.
Nature Attraction: Hummingbirds
Critter Resistance: Deer, Rabbit
Growth Habit: Upright
Homeowner Growing Tips: Foxgloves prefer acidic, moist, well drained soils. Keeping this plant watered will result in better flowering and healthier foliage. Foxgloves tend to rebloom if deadheaded.
