This stunning introduction to the DECADENCE® DELUXE Series from Proven Winners features  16" flower spikes of lavender-blue.  The plant has a very full and bushy habit, making it an excellent shrub substitute with a taller, more vase-shaped habit compared to other Baptisia. Homeowner Growing Tips: Easy to grow in average to poor soil that is well-drained. Best in full sun, but it will tolerate light shade. If grown in too much shade it will need to be staked. Moderately drought tolerant once established, which may take a couple seasons. Cut back in spring, or whenever it gets flattened by autumn or winter weather. A long-lived plant; avoid disturbing the clump once established.

    Plant was large and very healthy when I received it. Followed planting instructions. It's growing well and looks great.

    I saw these plants at a master gardeners garden. Ordered these and they arrived in great shape with beautiful blooms already. Planted in the ground and so far, they are doing great! Love this company!
