Really a nice late summer addition
Spread really nicely in the first year and makes a nice, if very low statement in the corner of a perennial bed.
Aster ericiodes 'Snow Flurry' is a very low, dense carpeting groundcover that is smothered in single white flowers with gold centers. It looks nothing like the Asters you are used too. This highly recommended plant is native to most of the eastern U.S.
Uses: Borders, Rock Gardens, Groundcover, Slopes
Notable Features: Drought Tolerant
Growth Habit: Spreading

These are the best, low maintenance ground cover for a dry area with relatively poor soil. They're blooming now in the early fall and look great. I highly recommend them.
