Anemone tomentosa 'Robustissima'
- Branched flower stalks bear multiple blossoms
- Grow in humus-rich soil
- Best in partial shade
Anemone 'Robustissima' has large 2"-3" pink flowers that are born above the deep green foliage. It is a vigorous grower and the hardiest of the anemones. It blooms in the fall much earlier than other Anemone varieties and adds wonderful color in the garden when few other plants are blooming. Dappled shade is best in warm southern climates.
